The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Amazon seller account, with a primary focus on processing and managing orders, creating and monitoring FBA shipments, maintaining and optimizing product listings, and providing regular performance reports. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent organizational and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management:
- Process and manage daily Amazon orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely shipment.
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and returns on the Amazon platform.
- Resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies promptly.
FBA Shipment Creation & Management:
- Plan, create, and manage Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) shipments.
- Prepare necessary shipping documentation, including labels and packing lists, adhering to Amazon's guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., inventory, warehouse) to ensure accurate and timely preparation of FBA shipments.
- Track FBA shipments and monitor their status until they are received at Amazon fulfillment centers.
- Address any issues with FBA shipments, such as discrepancies or delays.
Amazon Listing Management & Optimization:
Create new product listings on Amazon with accurate and compelling titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords.
- Optimize existing product listings for improved search visibility and conversion rates through keyword research and content enhancement.
- Ensure product information, pricing, and inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date across all listings.
- Monitor product reviews and ratings and implement strategies to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on Amazon sales performance, order volume, FBA inventory status, and listing performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior team members.
Teamwork & Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, inventory, and customer service, to ensure a seamless e-commerce operation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of e-commerce strategies.
- Support team members as needed to achieve collective goals
