Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Order Management
In this role, we are looking for professionals who are experienced in Order Management profiles.
Responsibilities
.Order processing: Receive and validate orders for hardware and subscriptions, ensuring all details are accurate.
.Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of hardware for timely fulfilment.
.Subscription activation: Manage the activation process for subscription services, ensuring seamless access for customers.
.Customer communication: Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any issues.
.Issue resolution: Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders promptly.
.Data entry: Accurately enter order details into the system for tracking and reporting purposes.
.Collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing.
.Reporting: Generate reports on order status, inventory levels, and subscription activations for management review.
.Compliance: Ensure all orders comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Bachelor%27s degree
.Excellent professional experience in Order Management
.Industry Experience - Services or hi-tech industry
.Process/Domain Experience:
oOrder Management (Entry/Amendment)
oQuote to cash process and sales administration
.Coordination with Logistics / Supply chain teams
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Ability to learn quickly
.Diploma / Post Graduation in International supply chain management / Sourcing Management
.Excellent Communication skill and the ability to engage customers in significant discussions
.Oracle, ServiceNow, SAP, knowledge and experience would be an added advantage
