Role Overview

We are hiring an E-commerce Executive to manage product listings, launches, and pricing updates on Shopify & Unicommerce. The role requires accuracy, speed, and strong cross-team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing & Catalog Management

• Prepare and upload product listings on Shopify & Unicommerce.
• Ensure accurate details pricing, size variants, tags, images, syncing.
• Maintain catalog hygiene and active vs. draft inventory

New Launch Management

• Add descriptions, apply correct product tags & assign categories (New Arrivals / Kurtas / Bottomwear etc.).
• Activate new products and ensure proper placement on website.
• Coordinate with Marketing team for visibility and collection placements.

Discounts & Price Updates

• Prepare and upload discount sheets during campaigns.
• Manage discount tags/collections and verify front-end pricing accuracy.
• Maintain organized records of discount files.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong working knowledge of Shopify & Unicommerce.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination & communication skills.
• Understanding of catalog hygiene, tagging, and SEO basics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
• 24 years of e-commerce operations / website merchandising experience.
• Experience in a fashion/lifestyle e-commerce brand is a MUST.
