Key Responsibilities

• Catalogue Management:

Manage product catalogues on quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Big Basket, Swiggy Instamart) and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart).

• Consignments & B2B Coordination:

Create and manage consignments, B2B POS, and coordinate with buyer teams. Handle returns, damages, and related documentation.

• Content & Inventory Management:

Oversee listing content, analyze sales reports, and support demand planning and inventory management.

• Campaign & Promotion Handling:

Set up and monitor A+ content, deals, coupons, and promotional campaigns to optimize visibility and sales.

• Data Analysis:

Utilize Microsoft Excel for data handling using formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and logical functions.

• Product Listing on Shopify & Quick E-commerce:

Handle end-to-end product listing, updates, pricing, metadata, and inventory syncing on Shopify, Quick Ecomm, and other related platforms.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• 23 years of experience in e-commerce or quick commerce operations.
• Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and quick commerce workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Word.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
