Role Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to manage and convert domestic and international leads through structured leadhandling, CRM management, and effective team coordination.
The role supports sales growth by driving strategic planning, improving conversion ratios, and achievingmonthly, quarterly, and yearly targets with the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and manage leads across domestic and international markets.
Daily allocation, push, follow-up, and updating of leads received from BDM.
Track inquiries from exhibitions, portals (IndiaMART, Allinfo), embassies, and direct contacts.
Handle, guide, and manage a sales team of around 8–10 members.
Identify team members strengths and divide work accordingly to improve efficiency and output.
Motivate and support the team to increase sales and improve conversion ratios.
Participate in strategic sales planning to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets with the team.
Create and maintain a structured sales process and follow-up mechanism.
Maintain accurate lead and client data in CRM system (ZOHO Bigin).
Prepare commercial offers and coordinate with pricing, logistics, and technical teams.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and handle escalations professionally.
Generate weekly and monthly lead conversion and sales performance reports for management review.
Participate in trade fairs, export exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets and ensure post-event follow-ups.
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities based on lead patterns and customer feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies and business ethics while handling clients, data, and salesoperations.
Qualification:
Any Bachelor Degree / Graduation
Relevant experience in lead management, sales operations, or B2B sales
Chemical industry experience will be an added advantage
