Role Description
Innvikta is looking for a Gamified E-Learning & Video Content Developer for a full-time role at our
Pune office.
In this role, you will
convert provided cybersecurity content into engaging videos and gamified e-learning modules. The focus will be on
visual storytelling, animation, and interactive content creation.
The candidate should also be comfortable using
various AI tools to generate visual assets such as illustrations, icons, animations, and short videos, and assembling them into engaging training modules compatible with our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert provided scripts/content into engaging training videos and gamified e-learning modules
- Create animated explainer videos, scenario-based learning clips, and interactive learning content
- Use AI tools to generate visual assets such as illustrations, icons, avatars, backgrounds, and voiceovers
- Edit and assemble videos, motion graphics, and animations
- Develop SCORM-compatible e-learning modules for LMS platforms
- Add interactive elements such as quizzes, clickable scenarios, and gamified components
- Ensure content is visually engaging, easy to understand, and aligned with Innvikta's platform
- Manage and update learning content within the LMS
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating e-learning videos or animated explainer videos
- Proficiency with tools such as:
- Articulate Storyline / Rise / Adobe Captivate
- After Effects / Premiere Pro / Camtasia
- Canva / Figma / Illustrator
- Familiarity with AI tools for asset creation (image generation, video generation, voiceovers, etc.)
- Experience in developing SCORM-based modules
- Strong visual storytelling and content presentation skills
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts is a plus
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Animation, Design, or related field preferred.
