Key Responsibilities:
UI Design & Development
- Design visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on UX research and requirements.
- Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital products.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with UX designers to translate user insights into interactive designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorms, and feedback sessions with cross-functional teams.
Research & Trends
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Conduct competitor analysis and incorporate best practices into design solutions.
- Apply user-centered design principles to enhance usability and engagement.
Quality & Documentation
- Maintain organized design files, style guides, and UI component libraries.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for multiple devices.
- Assist in creating design specifications for developers and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in UI design for digital products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and front-end implementation basics.
