E - commerce Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Product Executive to join our dynamic team in the beauty and fashion jewelry segment. This role involves maintaining accurate product data across e-commerce platforms and contributing to the optimization of product listings for better customer engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and implement branding, marketing, advertising, and e-commerce strategies tailored to the beauty and fashion jewelry industry.
• Enter and update product information, pricing, images, and inventory details across e-commerce platforms with precision.
• Identify, verify, and correct product discrepancies to maintain a seamless and trustworthy shopping experience.
• Ensure timely, consistent, and accurate product data entry in alignment with internal procedures and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve platform-related issues and enhance product listing performance.
• Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure product information is complete, error-free, and optimized for searchability.
• Maintain product data integrity and uphold the brand's tone and style across all listings.
• Handle sensitive product and customer information with discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in e-commerce, marketing, business, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in product data handling
• Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Typing speed of at least 2530 words per minute with high accuracy
