Job Summary
Tajore is seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Executive to manage and scale our online presence. This role is crucial for driving sales, optimizing the customer journey on our e-commerce platform, and ensuring the smooth, efficient operation of all online business activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify and a strong understanding of SEO principles.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Operations & Sales Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, with a focus on Shopify to ensure product listings, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up-to-date.
- Drive online sales performance through effective strategy, execution, and promotional campaigns across all digital channels.
- Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices for product pages, category pages, and site content to increase organic search visibility and traffic.
- Oversee Account Management for all online marketplaces and retail channels, ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence.
- Manage end-to-end customer order fulfillment, returns, and exchanges processes in coordination with logistics and operations teams.
Analytics and Performance
- Utilize strong Analytical Skills to track, analyze, and report on key e-commerce performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, AOV, traffic, ROI of campaigns).
- Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement in the customer experience and sales funnel.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales reports for management, providing actionable insights.
Team and Leadership
- Demonstrate excellent Team Management skills to oversee, guide, and motivate a small sales team.
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and training to meet performance targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, design, and product teams to align e-commerce activities with broader business and brand strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2-3 years of progressive experience in an E-commerce or digital sales role.
- Proven hands-on experience and proficiency in managing and maintaining an e-commerce platform, preferably Shopify.
- Demonstrable knowledge and application of SEO techniques (on-page and technical) for product and content optimization.
- Proven track record in driving Sales performance and achieving revenue targets.
- Expertise in Sales Management and setting operational standards for an online business.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
