E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage and support day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and our website. The role focuses on product listings, order management, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth online sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage Dermatouch products across quick commerce platforms
• Coordinate with internal teams for catalog updates, pricing, and inventory availability
• Track daily sales, promotions, and platform performance
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and market trends
• Build and maintain relationships with platform category managers and partners
• Ensure smooth execution of offers, new launches, and brand campaigns
• Monitor competitor activity and share insights to improve visibility and conversions
• Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams for timely product dispatch and replenishment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fiel
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or quick commerce operations (FMCG / D2C / Beauty preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skill
• Hands-on experience with Excel and platform dashboard
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
