About the Company:Otrix Life Science LLP is a growing D2C brand in the Beauty & Personal Care segment with a strong presence across leading online marketplaces. We are expanding our e-commerce operations and looking for an experienced Senior E-commerce Executive to manage marketplace performance, drive sales growth, and optimize daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end operations of online marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Ajio, Tata CLiQ, and Shopify
- Handle product listing, cataloging, A+ content, and keyword optimization
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace campaigns, deals, and promotions
- Manage advertising (PPC, sponsored ads) to improve ROAS and visibility
- Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and competitor activity
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning, pricing strategy, and order fulfillment
- Ensure account health, compliance, and issue resolution with marketplace policies
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and share insights with management
- Improve customer experience by monitoring ratings, reviews, and returns
- Support new product launches and seasonal sales planning
Key Requirements & Skills:
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace management
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa Partner Portal, etc.
- Experience in Beauty / Personal Care category will be preferred
- Good understanding of digital marketing, PPC ads, SEO, and catalog optimization
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
