The role in a nutshell

We're looking for an Ecommerce Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day backend operations of the business. This role sits at the centre of order management, inventory coordination, customer experience and fulfilment operations.

You'll work closely with the founder, vendors and fulfilment team to ensure customers have a seamless experience from the moment they place an order until it is delivered.

What day to day looks like

A) E-commerce Operations

  • Manage product uploads, catalogue updates and listing creation on Shopify
  • Maintain inventory accuracy across website, vendors and fulfilment team
  • Coordinate inventory updates and stock availability on a regular basis
  • Create monthly purchase orders and coordinate replenishment with vendors

B) Order Fulfilment and Management

  • Manage Shiprocket end-to-end
  • COD confirmation and address verification
  • Shipment creation and tracking
  • NDR management and customer follow-ups
  • RTO management and reconciliation
  • Weight discrepancy and courier issue resolution
  • Coordinate daily order fulfilment with packing team

C) Customer Experience

  • Respond to customer enquiries across WhatsApp and Instagram
  • Assist customers with product selection through video consultations
  • Resolve product, delivery, return and order-related concerns
  • Collect customer feedback and reviews

D) Reporting & Reconciliation

  • Create weekly sales, inventory and operational reports
  • Track inventory movement and identify low-stock situations
  • Coordinate with finance partners on operational reconciliations
  • Support international order processing and shipping documentation
  • Generate invoices and maintain order records

E) Business support

  • Support launch readiness by ensuring inventory and listings are updated
  • Assist marketing team with operational requirements when needed
  • Identify process improvements and operational bottlenecks
