Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and passionate IBDP Business Management and Economics teacher to deliver high-quality instruction aligned with IB standards. The candidate should foster critical thinking, real-world application, and inquiry-based learning among students.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for IBDP Business Management and Economics.
- Design learning experiences aligned with the IB curriculum framework.
- Guide students in Internal Assessments (IA) and Extended Essays (EE).
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Encourage analytical thinking, research skills, and real-world application of concepts.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Participate in school meetings, professional development, and IB training programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria:- Education: Postgraduate degree in Business, Economics, or related field (B.Ed. preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience, preferably in IB DP.
- Strong understanding of IB curriculum, assessments, and pedagogy.
Skills & Competencies:- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Strong subject knowledge in Business Management and Economics.
- Ability to mentor students for research-based work (IA/EE).
- Tech-savvy with experience in digital teaching tools.
- Passion for inquiry-based and student-centered learning.
Preferred:- IB training/certification in DP Business Management and/or Economics.
- Experience in international or IB schools.
