Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end workflows in Alemba ITSM
- Customize fields, forms, and templates within the ITSM platform
- Implement and maintain business rules for service management processes
- Manage and support Configuration Management Database (CMDB) integration and data integrity
- Provide L2 and L3 support for production issues related to workflows and service management
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex workflow and process automation issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical workflows
- Ensure compliance with ITIL-based service management practices
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
