Shift Timings: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities for IT positions from

understanding client requirements to ensuring successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various platforms (Job Portals, social media,

Networking, ATS, etc.).

Submit relevant profiles within the given timelines and ensure high-quality delivery.

Coordinate and follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, offers, and

onboarding.

Manage recruitment for all kinds of IT roles, regardless of budget or experience level.

Maintain and update candidate information accurately in the internal data.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring positions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.

Hands-on experience with ATS and major job portals (Naukri, Foundit, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle diverse roles and meet tight deadlines.

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and result-focused approach.
