Job Summary:
Teamware Solutions is looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter with 2 to 5 years of experience in IT staffing and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, and talent acquisition for domestic IT requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT hiring requirements.
- Work on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and permanent IT staffing roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and professional networks.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of positions and meet recruitment targets.
Required Skills :
- Experience in Domestic IT Recruitment and IT Staffing.
- Hands-on experience with C2H hiring.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Good experience in candidate sourcing and talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
