Job Details :
- 4+ Years Experience in Domestic (India) End-End IT Recruitment.
- Experience with Job Portals/Mailing & Other social media.
- Should have Experience in Sourcing and only in Domestic IT (IT or Non-IT).
- Experience in C2H/Full Time/Contract Staffing.
- Using job portals and social networking sites as sources to find profiles.
- Planning interviews and salary negotiations.
Skills Required:
- Should have experience in working with clients.
- Need solid practical knowledge of permanent recruiting, contracts, and C2H.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Must have at least six months of experience in Domestic IT recruiter job hiring.
- Must have experience hiring roles or skillset in Embedded, and Semiconductor industries.
