Domestic It Recruiter

• 1 to 5 Years for Recruiter of Relevant Experience in Recruitment.
• Should have exp working on VMS and MSP.
• Must have End to End recruitment experience.
• Well-versed on Job Boards (Naukri & Monster).
• Understanding of all requirements as per the job description.
• Candidate must be an Individual contributor.
• Must-Have experience in Contract Staffing (Contract or C2H).
• Good understanding of all of IT skills.
• Effective Communication and Negotiation skills.
• Preferable Prior Experience working with -Product companies and tier-1 companies.

Required skills.

• Candidate must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Employee should be self-motivated and independent.
• Should have detailed knowledge and understanding of all IT skills.
• Should have hands on experience with different job portals like Naukri, Monster
• Desired candidate must have demonstrated his expertise level in Domestic Staffing. Should have strong experience and proven track record in end-to-end IT Recruitments.
