About the Role
Vivotex India Pvt Ltd is looking for a Domestic IT Recruiter who has experience in handling end-to-end IT recruitment for the Indian market. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills and the ability to close positions within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment for various client requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and update recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Required Skills
- Experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Good knowledge of IT technologies and roles.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period.
