Key Responsibilities
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience
Source top talent via job boards, social media, networking, and industry events
Stay informed on tech hiring trends and best practices
Advise clients on candidate availability, salary trends, and market dynamics
