Candidates from Staffing industry with Hands on experience into sourcing and End-to-End Recruitments.
- 2+ years experience proven domestic IT Recruitments
- Experience in C2H is mandatory.
- Experience with VMS & ATS.
- Experience working with Direct client
- Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
- Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Life cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
