Domestic It Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment for various IT positions across technologies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and priorities.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed), social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update candidate data in ATS or internal trackers.
• Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
• Meet hiring targets within defined TATs while maintaining quality benchmarks.
