Job Title: Dispatch Assistant (Tally & Billing)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and generate invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills using Tally
- Handle billing entries and maintain accurate records in the system
- Coordinate with the production and logistics team for timely dispatch of goods
- Maintain dispatch registers and documentation (LR copy, invoice copy, etc.)
- Ensure proper packing list and material verification before dispatch
- Track dispatch status and update internal teams
- Handle transporter coordination and vehicle arrangement
- Ensure compliance with GST and billing norms
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit purposes

Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of Tally ERP
- Basic understanding of GST billing and e-way bill generation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce / Any discipline
- Certification in Tally (preferred)

Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in dispatch, billing, or accounts support role
- Experience in manufacturing or packaging industry will be an added advantage
