About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive with 3+ years of relevant experience to manage and streamline core HR processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee lifecycle management, compliance adherence, and payroll processing for a workforce of 100+ employees.

Responsibilities:

1. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes including documentation, induction, and system setup
  • Ensure smooth joining experience for new hires
  • Handle exit formalities including full & final settlements, exit interviews, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems accordingly

2. Payroll Management:

  • Process monthly payroll for 100+ employees with high accuracy
  • Coordinate with finance and external vendors if applicable
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.)
  • Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and reimbursements

3. HR Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations
  • Maintain compliance records and documentation
  • Coordinate audits and ensure timely filing of returns
  • Stay updated with changes in employment laws and regulations

4. HR Operations & Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee databases and Management systems
  • Prepare HR reports (attendance, attrition, payroll, etc.)
  • Support policy implementation and process improvements
  • Handle employee queries and provide HR support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR Operations
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Excel
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
