Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: BBA/MBA) / Diploma in Printing/ Diploma in Plastics/ IIP
Role Summary
To support the sales team by coordinating customer requirements, order processing, documentation, and communication between internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Order Coordination
Process customer orders and ensure accurate entry in the system.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Track order status and update customers and sales team regularly.
Customer Communication
Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery schedules, and documentation.
Maintain professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and sales-related documentation.
Maintain sales trackers, order records, and customer databases.
Assist in preparing sales reports and MIS for management.
Internal Coordination
Liaise with purchase, production, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Support the sales team in resolving customer requirements / orders
Key Requirements
Strong communication and email drafting skills.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to multitask and manage timelines.
Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
English language proficiency
Excellent Client Communication & Convincing Skills
Understanding of manufacturing/printing processes
Preferred
Experience in the print/packaging / flexible packaging industry. Exposure to BRCGS / ISO audits
