Job Description

Job Title: Dispatch Assistant (Tally & Billing)

Location: Makarpura

Experience: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and generate invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills using Tally
  • Handle billing entries and maintain accurate records in the system
  • Coordinate with the production and logistics team for timely dispatch of goods
  • Maintain dispatch registers and documentation (LR copy, invoice copy, etc.)
  • Ensure proper packing list and material verification before dispatch
  • Track dispatch status and update internal teams
  • Handle transporter coordination and vehicle arrangement
  • Ensure compliance with GST and billing norms
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit purposes

Required Skills

  • Good working knowledge of Tally ERP
  • Basic understanding of GST billing and e-way bill generation
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce / Any discipline
  • Certification in Tally (preferred)

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in dispatch, billing, or accounts support role
  • Experience in manufacturing or packaging industry will be an added advantage
