Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Manage end-to-end execution of office fit-out, industrial, and hospitality projects from pre-design to construction and handover
- Oversee all project stages including planning, design coordination, execution, and final delivery
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality, cost, and schedule adherence
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or issues
Design & Construction Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and contractors for project execution
- Review design plans and ensure alignment with client requirements and project objectives
- Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
Client Management & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on project status
- Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and technical presentations
- Ensure strong client satisfaction through effective communication and delivery
Contract & Vendor Management
- Handle tendering processes, contractor selection, and contract administration
- Manage vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms and SLAs
- Coordinate relocation activities and ensure smooth transitions for clients
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare detailed project reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders
- Maintain records of project progress, budgets, timelines, and milestones
- Use project management tools for tracking and reporting project performance
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead project teams and ensure effective collaboration across functions
- Provide guidance, supervision, and support to team members
- Ensure coordination between internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution
Risk, Quality & Compliance Management
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction quality at all stages
