Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end execution of office fit-out, industrial, and hospitality projects from pre-design to construction and handover
  • Oversee all project stages including planning, design coordination, execution, and final delivery
  • Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality, cost, and schedule adherence
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or issues

Design & Construction Coordination

  • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and contractors for project execution
  • Review design plans and ensure alignment with client requirements and project objectives
  • Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards

Client Management & Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on project status
  • Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and technical presentations
  • Ensure strong client satisfaction through effective communication and delivery

Contract & Vendor Management

  • Handle tendering processes, contractor selection, and contract administration
  • Manage vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms and SLAs
  • Coordinate relocation activities and ensure smooth transitions for clients

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare detailed project reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders
  • Maintain records of project progress, budgets, timelines, and milestones
  • Use project management tools for tracking and reporting project performance

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead project teams and ensure effective collaboration across functions
  • Provide guidance, supervision, and support to team members
  • Ensure coordination between internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution

Risk, Quality & Compliance Management

  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor construction quality at all stages
