Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle all server-related activities at the Data Center and Disaster Recovery (DR) sites, including installations, performance tuning, monitoring, and reporting.
Work in 24×7 rotational shifts to ensure continuous server availability and support.
Manage and resolve all server-related tickets and alerts, including hardware alerts, within defined response and resolution timelines.
Coordinate and manage OEM/Vendor tickets for all server-related issues.
Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly server performance and health reports.
Ensure adherence to defined server processes, procedures, and methodologies to maintain effective monitoring and IT service delivery.
Escalate server-related issues to higher-level teams as required.
Oversee SLA management for all OEMs and vendors supporting server operations.
Support DR site server issues in coordination with the DR team.
