This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Alumni Relations Coordinator. The Alumni Relations Coordinator will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with alumni, planning and organizing events, managing volunteer activities, and fostering alumni engagement. The role includes executing outreach initiatives, supporting alumni programs, coordinating events, and ensuring effective communication between the organization and its alumni community.

• Skills in Alumni Relations and Volunteer Management
• Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management
• Strong Communication skills for building connections, engaging stakeholders, and coordinating effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively within teams and independently
• Experience in managing alumni engagement programs or similar relationship-focused roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with event planning tools and communication platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
