The rest of this job role will detail what we expect from Business Development Executive what it is you'll do, the skills you'll develop, and the people you'll work with.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Identify and reach out to potential brands and clients aligned with the company's offerings.
  • Support in generating new business opportunities and maintaining a healthy lead pipeline.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and projects.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, SOWs, contracts, invoices, and other onboarding documentation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
  • Be a part of business calls, meetings, and presentations with prospective clients.
  • Follow up regularly with leads and help move conversations forward.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, marketing campaigns, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with the Business Head and support day-to-day business development activities.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Someone with a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, or Media Sales, preferably in a marketing/creative agency.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong coordination and relationship-building abilities.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and brand communication.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized in approach.
