Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane for a Sales Manager specializing in Loan Against Property (LAP) in the Affordable Business segment. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end loan process, from generating leads to driving closures. Responsibilities include building and managing relationships with customers and channel partners, understanding customers financial needs, and structuring tailored financial solutions. The role also requires monitoring market trends, ensuring loan documentation is complete, and meeting regular sales targets in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Demonstrated expertise in sales, lead generation, and account management within the financial services or lending industry.
  • Industry-Specific Knowledge: Strong understanding of Loan Against Property (LAP) products, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Proficiency in building and sustaining strong client relationships, including interacting with MSMEs and channel partners.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation expertise, and the ability to present financial solutions effectively.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and align with business objectives.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and meet performance targets consistently.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Prior work experience in the LAP or financial services sector, specifically in the affordable business segment, will be advantageous.
