The Admissions Counsellor will manage inquiries, guide prospective students, and assist them through the admission and enrollment process. Key responsibilities include providing information about programs, assessing candidates needs, and maintaining records of interactions. This is a contract, on-site role based in Thane, with responsibilities requiring excellent communication and customer service skills to support a diverse range of candidates.

• Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication, Communication, and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales to effectively communicate program benefits and coordinate the admissions process
• Knowledge or experience in Education, with a commitment to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds in achieving their goals
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred
• Familiarity with tools and software for tracking admissions and client interactions is a plus
