Role Summary
Looking for a senior QE leader with 20 years of experience across industries and geographies (India + customer-facing exposure). The person should drive end-to-end QE consulting, proposal solutioning, and transformation roadmap definition across automation, performance, and overall QE modernization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead QE solutioning for RFPs/RFIs and large transformation deals
- Own end-to-end QE consulting engagements (enterprise-wide or focused areas like automation/performance)
- Conduct QE maturity assessments, gap analysis, and define transformation roadmaps
- Drive automation consulting (strategy, framework, ROI)
- Drive performance engineering consulting (NFR strategy, shift-left performance)
- Define QE operating models, governance, KPIs, and CoE setup
- Present solutions to senior client stakeholders
Primary Skills (Must Have)
- 18–22 years in QA/QE with strong test lifecycle expertise
- Deep knowledge of Automation, Performance, Test Data, DevOps integration
- Proven QE consulting and transformation experience
- Strong proposal solutioning and estimation capability
- Multi-industry exposure with global delivery experience
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management
Secondary Skills
- QE maturity modeling and roadmap planning
- Experience in digital/cloud transformation programs
- Exposure to enterprise-scale delivery models
Nice to Have
- Foundational knowledge of AI/GenAI in testing
- Awareness of Agentic AI and AI-driven QE accelerators
- Thought leadership or large-deal experience
