Java + Spring Batch Developer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex Java-based enterprise applications
• Architect and implement scalable microservices using Spring Boot
• Guide the team in developing robust batch processes using Spring Batch
• Integrate Kafka-based event-driven systems and ensure high throughput
• Drive cloud adoption strategies and oversee application deployment on AWS
• Build and maintain containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes
• Ensure application resiliency, security, and high performance across environments
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams for seamless execution
