Key Responsibilities
Master Planning & Program Development
- Lead front-end master planning and campus planning activities for large-scale projects
- Develop and align pre-construction program planning with Build Development Plans (BDP)
- Support design and construction strategy through structured planning frameworks
Program Scheduling & Controls
- Develop, compile, and maintain detailed program schedules for design and construction projects
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment of timelines across multiple projects
- Manage project controls using client project management tools and systems
- Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across project lifecycle
Stakeholder Coordination & Collaboration
- Liaise with global and regional teams including scheduling, design, project controls, and data center services
- Collaborate with APAC and global stakeholders to ensure alignment of program objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination across multiple teams and vendors
Project Governance & Risk Management
- Conduct end-to-end project risk analysis and maintain updated risk registers
- Manage change control processes including RFIs and design tracking
- Ensure completion of stage gate deliverables and obtain necessary approvals (Gate 1 & 2)
- Support term sheet processes and project funding workflows
Meetings & Communication
- Facilitate scheduled and ad-hoc program meetings with regional program managers
- Document meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Organize cross-functional reviews, workshops, and progress meetings
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and deliver weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly project reports and dashboards
- Support executive-level reporting including APAC reviews and performance updates
- Develop templates, pro-forma documents, and reporting tools for senior management
- Track and report project performance metrics and progress status
Process Improvement & Strategy
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with construction agreements and project manuals
- Enhance planning processes, reporting systems, and workflow efficiencies
- Support implementation of best practices in program and project management
Team Support & Coordination
- Assist in defining and tracking team OKRs and performance objectives
- Provide support to internal teams for project execution and coordination
- Act as a key interface between partner teams, vendors, and client stakeholders
Travel & Flexibility
- Willingness to travel up to 25% across APAC region based on project requirements
