Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Client Management

  • Analyze space utilization and develop data-driven occupancy and workplace strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, Account Directors, and internal teams
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across multiple levels
  • Ensure alignment of occupancy planning solutions with client business goals
  • Provide subject matter expertise in occupancy planning tools, systems, and processes

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, manage, and mentor occupancy planning teams
  • Provide training and guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Foster collaboration and ensure effective problem-solving within the team
  • Drive performance and ensure delivery of key occupancy planning outcomes

Space Planning & Portfolio Optimization

  • Conduct occupancy audits and recommend space optimization strategies
  • Manage space allocation, moves, adds, and changes (MAC activities)
  • Support client migration planning, relocations, and workplace transitions
  • Optimize portfolio utilization and ensure efficient use of workspace
  • Review and update seat demand forecasts and occupancy projections

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Develop occupancy reports, dashboards, and utilization tracking tools
  • Analyze supply, demand, and capacity trends for real estate portfolios
  • Prepare client presentations using data consolidation and floor plans
  • Deliver insights for corporate real estate decision-making
  • Track actual vs. projected space utilization and performance metrics

Workplace Strategy & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and space efficiency improvements
  • Implement modern workplace solutions such as flex office, hoteling, and hybrid work models
  • Ensure compliance with workplace standards and corporate policies
  • Drive continuous improvement in occupancy planning processes

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across real estate functions
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and clients
  • Translate complex space planning data into clear, actionable insights
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and workplace design solutions
