Experience: 6 - 8 years in B2B demand generation and performance marketing.
What we're looking for:
- Hands-on experience running end-to-end demand gen/lead gen campaigns for B2B tech or IT services.
- Deep familiarity with LinkedIn Ads (campaign types, targeting layers, retargeting, audience building, analytics) and Google Ads (search, display, remarketing).
- Ability to plan and manage digital budgets of large monthly budgets.
- Strong grasp of landing pages, conversion optimisation, A/B testing, and attribution.
- Comfortable working with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.), tracking codes.
- SEO is an added bonus.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to build dashboards, report performance, and recommend improvements.
