Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing initiatives across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, coordination of creatives, and timely publishing of content.
- Monitor trends and suggest moments worthy of moment marketing.
- Plan and execute paid campaigns/boosting to enhance reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Oversee community management, including comment monitoring, timely responses, and engagement.
- SEO & Website Support
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Coordinate keyword research, content optimization, metadata enhancement, and technical fixes.
- Track and report organic performance KPIs (search visibility, traffic, backlinks).
- Ensure regular tracking and maintenance of SEO KPIs of the website.
- Do a quarterly audit of the website to update content in relevant pages.
- Data Analytics, Insights & Reporting
- Track digital KPIs across platformsreach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, conversions.
- Build monthly and periodical dashboards capturing performance and insights.
- Analyse campaign results to guide strategy, content planning, and platform-level optimization.
- Present performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Content Calendar
- Plan and maintain a content calendar and indicate where the pipeline depletes.
- Continuously experiment and optimize the calendar based on what works.
- Collaborate with BUs to ensure systematic BU representations.
- Monitor competition continuously and adapt according to industry trends.
Key Performance Indicators (Indicative)
- Growth in follower base and engagement across platforms.
- Performance of paid campaigns (reach, leads, CTR, conversions).
- Quality, volume, and timeliness of posts, videos, and campaign rollouts.
- SEO performance (organic traffic growth, keyword rankings).
- Success of influencer partnerships and digital-first initiatives.
- Impact and innovation quotient of on-ground activations.
- Quality and consistency of dashboards, reports, and insights.
- Internal stakeholder feedback on responsiveness, creative quality, and collaboration.
Required Skills
- Technical / Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, platform algorithms, and content best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management and scheduling (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Meta Business Suite).
- Knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
- Good command of performance marketing basics (boosting, targeting, metrics).
- Understanding of influencer marketing workflows and contract management.
- Basic skills in evaluating design and creative quality.
