At Zealmax Ortho, we are dedicated to driving innovation and delivering world-class arthroscopy solutions to surgeons worldwide. To further enhance our mission, we are inviting leading Arthroscopy Surgeons to collaborate with us as Expert Partners.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Website Sales Ownership:

Take complete responsibility for website sales performance from acquisition to

conversion ensuring consistent growth in sales and profitability.

  • Performance Marketing:

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns onMeta (Facebook/Instagram)andGoogle

Adsto drive high-quality traffic and conversions.

  • Funnel Optimization & CRO:

Analyze customer journeys, identify bottlenecks, and improveconversion rates (CRO)

across multiple funnels.

  • Data & Metrics:

Monitor and optimize key KPIs such asCAC, AOV, ROAS, CTR, and CVR. Identify

performance patterns and make quick, data-backed decisions to improve daily and

weekly results.

  • Tracking & Troubleshooting:

Ensure accurate tracking through Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and GA4.

Troubleshoot data discrepancies or attribution issues as needed.

  • Collaboration & Briefing:

Work closely with content and design, and teams to brief creatives and assets that align

with performance goals.

  • Retention & Automation:

Manage and optimizeEmailer and WhatsApp automation journeysfor remarketing,

retention, and precision targeting.AI-Driven Marketing:

Stay updated on emergingAI tools and trendsin marketing and leverage them to

generate faster insights, automate tasks, or enhance campaign outcomes.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

Maintain effective communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals,

timelines, and deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience inperformance marketing(Meta & Google Ads as the

primary channel).

  • Deep understanding offunnels, retargeting, CRO, and attribution.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency inGA4, GTM, Meta Ads Manager, and Google

Ads Dashboard.

  • Hands-on experience with automation and CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, MailChimp etc). Ability to work independently with an ownership mindset.
  • Exposure toD2C / eCommercebusinesses will be a strong advantage.
