Whitehats is looking for aDigital Marketing Expertwith 3 -4years of experiencein digital marketing.

This is afull-time remote positionideal for someone who can independently manage, execute, and optimize digital campaigns for IT services and technology offerings. The candidate will focus on improving online visibility, strengthening digital presence, and contributing to steady growth in qualified inquiries through well-designed marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and paid promotions to support brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Create high-quality digital content, including blogs, landing pages, newsletters, case studies, and website copy.
  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve ranking, organic traffic, and website structure.
  • Conduct regular technical SEO checks to ensure site performance, speed, and user experience.
  • Plan and manage email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and digital nurturing funnels.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs such as traffic, CTR, engagement, inquiries, and conversions, and prepare detailed performance reports.
  • Manage and maintain online chat channels and also all inbound leads reports.
  • Research competitors, industry trends, and emerging digital tools to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with overall IT service goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 34 years of hands-on experiencein digital marketing, SEO/SEM, or performance marketing.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools.
  • Experience with email automation platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools also CRM.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical thinking and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience inIT services, MSP marketing, SaaS, or cybersecurity marketingwill be an advantage.
