Job Description

Global Talent Exchange [GTX] is reimagining global talent mobility by building bridges between specialized professionals and high-impact opportunitiesespecially connecting returning NRIs and India-bound talent with companies across high-growth sectors like semiconductors, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, engineering, and emerging tech.

We're looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist with 2-5 years of experience, who can run paid campaigns, manage organic social channels, and drive search visibility. This is a full-stack execution role ideal for someone who has worked in a startup or agency and is comfortable owning multiple digital channels end-to-end.

You'll work closely with the Growth Marketing Lead, designer, and BD team to accelerate traffic, lead generation, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities - Paid Advertising (Primary Responsibility)

  • Run performance campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Meta.
  • Drive lead generation through targeted paid campaigns across channels.
  • Set up and optimize campaigns for leads, event registrations, and awareness.
  • Manage budgets, tracking, and weekly performance dashboards.
  • Drive continuous experimentation with audiences, landing pages & creatives.
  • Create campaign UTM structures and ensure GA4 attribution accuracy.

SEO (Secondary Responsibility)

  • Conduct keyword research for talent mobility, HR tech, and global hiring topics.
  • Optimize website pages for search titles, content, internal linking, on-page SEO.
  • Work with the designer/writer to publish SEO-driven content pieces.
  • Run monthly website audits (Ahrefs/SEMrush/GA4/Search Console).
  • Grow organic traffic for key hiring, relocation, and talent categories.
  • Support organic lead generation through content optimization and search visibility.

Social Media (Secondary Responsibility)

  • Own GTX's LinkedIn company page, founder amplification, event cadence.
  • Plan and schedule a content calendar (23 posts per week).
  • Collaborate with designers for creatives & reels.
  • Support event marketing with speakers, partners & panelist amplification.
  • Manage communities, hashtags, influencers (if needed).
  • Drive organic visibility that contributes to inbound lead generation.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build weekly dashboards (performance + SEO + social).
  • Track CAC, CPL, CTR, and marketing funnel metrics.
  • Measure and report weekly lead generation performance across paid and organic channels.
  • Understand lead quality through CRM (Zoho) & collaborate with BD.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with BD teams on landing pages, outreach support, sales enablement.
  • Coordinate with the events team for roundtable & summit promotions.
  • Support HR partners, universities, and talent community partners.

    • Comfortable with Paid ads + SEO + Social execution.
    • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads (must-have).
