Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute paid and organic digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate awareness and leads for Mother's Grace Centres.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead quality.
Creative Development
- Design engaging social media posts, ads, and short videos (using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools).
- Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and messaging in line with Sri Aurobindo Society's tone and ethos.
Social Media & Content
- Manage and grow Rupantar's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Develop content calendars and collaborate with the communications team on storytelling around inclusion, therapy success stories, and events.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve reach and conversions.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, communication, CoE staff) for campaign content and lead management.
- Liaise with external agencies or freelancers when required.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree / diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or a related field (Degree not a bar for the right candidate).
- 13 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and social media marketing tools.
- Strong design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with lead generation funnels, form integration, and analytics tools.
- Self-driven individual with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver creative solutions within timelines.
- Passion for education, inclusion, and social impact will be a strong plus.
