What you'll do:

a) Strategy & Planning

  • Define and execute paid acquisition strategy on Google and Meta
  • Collaborate on creative direction ad angles, messaging, landing pages
  • Contribute to marketing strategy decisions, not just execution

b) Campaign Management

  • Launch and manage campaigns for customer acquisition, remarketing, and app installs
  • Cover the full Google stack: Search, Display, Demand Gen, YouTube, App Campaigns
  • Cover Meta: Reach, Lead, Traffic, App campaigns
  • Maintain a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, and ROI at all times

c) Optimisation & Testing

  • Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and bidding
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and act on findings
  • Own the D2C website's day-to-day health and user experience

What we are looking for:

  • 26 years in digital/performance marketing, ideally in D2C or e-commerce
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (not just familiarity you've run these yourself)
  • Comfortable with Google Tag Manager and translating data into decisions
  • Strong communicator who works well with creative and product teams
  • Bonus: you use AI tools to sharpen ad strategy creative testing, audience analysis, copy generation, whatever gives you an edge
