Role Overview:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in SEO and paid search campaigns (Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing search-led strategies that directly impact lead generation and sales conversions in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
• Manage & execute paid search campaigns across Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on lead generation and high-intent traffic acquisition.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for effective campaign planning.
• Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies to maximize conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and provide detailed weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create SEO-friendly content and impactful ad creatives.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithms, LinkedIn Ads updates, and performance marketing trends relevant to real estate.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization to achieve performance goals.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO and paid search performance marketing.
• Proven expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads (must-have for lead generation campaigns).
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and keyword optimization strategies.
• Experience with SEO & analytics tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and continuously optimize for ROI.
• Real estate digital marketing experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, project management, and reporting skills.
