Position Summary
Gopalan Enterprises is hiring a results-driven and analytical Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy across channels. The ideal candidate will have 48 years of hands-on experience in Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Ads, and demonstrate expertise in performance analysis, reporting, and Excel-based data handling. You will play a key role in driving leads, building brand awareness, and optimizing digital ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube), Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO/SEM channels.
- Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn, targeting both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Drive brand visibility and lead generation through effective targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Create clear and actionable weekly/monthly reports using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, graphs) and data analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure creative consistency and strong CTAs.
- Lead and optimize email campaigns and remarketing strategies for customer engagement and retention.
- Stay up to date on platform changes, digital trends, and competitor activity to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPL, ROAS, video engagement, and conversion rates, and make data-informed decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and manage internal/external stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in the real estate sector.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 48 years of proven digital marketing experience with expertise in YouTube Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for campaign tracking, reporting, and advanced data analysis.
- Deep knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices, paid media buying, funnel strategies, and content performance analysis.
- Skilled in tools such as GA4, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, YouTube Studio, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Excellent communication, project management, and campaign planning skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and convert them into measurable actions.
