Job Description:
We are looking for a Paid Media Marketing Executive to manage and optimize online advertising campaigns. The role involves running paid campaigns, monitoring performance, and improving results across different digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- Manage budgets and track key metrics such as CPC, CPA, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads and targeting.
- Work with the design and content teams to create effective ad creatives.
- Prepare regular reports using tools like Google Analytics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and advertising technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Basic knowledge of campaign tracking and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and other digital marketing channels.
- Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
