Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist, located in Mumbai. The role involves creating and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance online brand presence. Responsibilities include managing social media campaigns, analyzing web traffic and user behavior, optimizing online marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives. Additionally, the specialist will monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personally edit and create marketing creatives (images, reels, videos, banners)
  • Manage and regularly update company accounts on:
  • LinkedIn
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • YouTube
  • Google Business Profile
  • Monitor and improve organic reach and engagement using platform algorithms
  • Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Maintain content calendar and ensure regular posting
  • Track analytics and continuously reduce cost per lead (CPL)
  • Keep all profiles updated with latest products, certifications, and company achievements
  • Coordinate with management for new product launches and promotional campaigns

Photo & Video Editing Platforms (Hands-on Work Required)

Candidate must personally work on:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Premiere Pro

After Effects

Canva (daily creatives)

Qualifications

  • 35 years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience
  • Proven experience in managing business accounts independently
  • Experience in B2B or manufacturing marketing preferred
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Online Marketing strategies
  • Experience in Web Analytics, with the ability to track, interpret, and optimize performance metrics
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to self-manage, stay updated with current digital marketing trends, and implement innovative solutions
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing are desirable
