We are looking for a Paid Media Marketing Executive to manage and optimize online advertising campaigns. The role involves running paid campaigns, monitoring performance, and improving results across different digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
  • Manage budgets and track key metrics such as CPC, CPA, and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads and targeting.
  • Work with the design and content teams to create effective ad creatives.
  • Prepare regular reports using tools like Google Analytics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and advertising technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Basic knowledge of campaign tracking and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
