How You Will Make An Impact
In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Digital Marketing team. You will help bring digital campaigns to life by coordinating projects, maintaining accurate marketing data, and ensuring smooth delivery of digital tactics across multiple platforms.
You will:
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across paid media, search, web, email, and social channels.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, schedule workflows, and help organize campaign activities to keep projects on track.
- Manage the full invoicing process for paid media vendors and ensure budgets remain accurate and up-to-date.
- Review incoming requests, confirm required details, and approve submissions to initiate workflows.
- Track and assess campaign and tactic performance; share insights that help improve results.
- Troubleshoot marketing database and system issues and respond to inquiries from internal business partners.
- Participate in team and partner meetings, clearly communicating progress and next steps for digital initiatives.
Experience
We welcome candidates who bring:
- 13 years of experience supporting digital marketing campaigns or coordinated marketing efforts across channels such as paid media, search, email, social, web, customer service, sales, events, or retail.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Comfortable collaborating with remote and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail in proofreading.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing systems such as Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Google platforms, and social media tools.
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
