Role Overview

Treez Enterprise Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 3 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads. The role is fully onsite at our Mahadevapura, Bangalore office.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting paid ad campaigns to drive high-quality leads, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Meta Ads Marketing

• Plan, create, and execute Facebook & Instagram campaigns for Lead Generation, E-commerce, Awareness, and Remarketing.
• Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR and overall performance.
• Develop ad creatives, audience targeting, and campaign structures.

2. Google Ads Management

• Manage and optimize Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube and Performance Max campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and landing page optimization.
• Improve campaign quality score and bidding strategies.

3. Performance Optimization

• Perform A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
• Monitor daily budget pacing, KPIs, and conversion tracking accuracy.
• Scale performing campaigns and minimize wasted spend.

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, GTM.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights, trends, and strategic recommendations.
• Set up tracking events and ensure accurate attribution.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
• Suggest new growth strategies based on data insights and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnel strategies, remarketing & audience segmentation.
• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and GTM.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and ability to manage campaigns independently.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience with high-budget campaigns (lead gen / e-commerce).
• Knowledge of SEO, automation tools, CRM platforms.
• Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification.
